Description

Limited Sources Justification In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i) the Securities and Exchange Commission is posting the attached Limited Sources Justification for award of SECHQ1-12-F-0283, Momentum Business Analytics Lite Software and Implementation and Customization Support. As part of the Federal Shared Service Provider (FSSP) migration effort, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of Financial Management (OFM) requires the implementation and customization of CGI Federal's Momentum Business Analytics Lite Software in order to make accessible detailed legacy data that was not converted into SEC's new Delphi Financial Management System and still resides in the SEC's Momentum Financial System. The initial tasks shall be to install and customize the CGI Federal's Momentum Business Analytics Lite Software in four (4) SEC environments: Development; Test; Pre-Production; and Production. The SEC will require support for testing of the solution to include the extract, transform, and load processes. This effort shall include contractor support to establish a design methodology for the universes, configuration, and customization using the SEC's current Business Objects Production Server. Additionally, the SEC requires report writing support services.
