- this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120-01-203-8151) for a Bushing, Sleeve. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Source Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: MCDONNELL DOUGLAS HELICOPTER CO (Cage 02731) 7-311122653 REV C, P/N 7-311122653 and KAMATICS CORPORATION (Cage 50632) P/N KJB207219V. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 60 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 949 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 400 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 1,898 each. The minimum delivery order is 400 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 949 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 12 OCT 12 (anticipated closing date of 12 NOV 12), anticipated award date is DEC 2012. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Reverse Auction may be conducted.
