- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. Offeror shall submit a copy of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation with their bid and respond to these clauses and provisions accordingly. A failure to complete these fill-ins may cause your offer to be determined ineligible for award. Offeror shall submit quote on Company Letterhead with quote number, DUNS, and Cage Code.Basis for award- ACC-WRN intends to award to the lowest price of the total contract to include shipping, technically acceptable offeror. The Government may also choose to negotiate if only one offeror is received. See provision at 52.209-4011 - Contractor Responsibility and Eligibility for Award for further details. Bids must be received by ACC-WRN no later than 11:00 PM, 26 September 2012. Email bid to kathryn.i.prose.mil@mail.mil. See attached documents for complete combined synopsis/solicitation, parts description (AMD2) and numbers, and Limited Source Justification for Brand Name only. Amendment 1 - Extended response time Amendment 2 - Parts list modified to include drawing required for Part Numbers 12565123 and 12565124. Amendment 3 - Parts List modified to delete hydraulic motor and add specific parts required to assemble part numbers 12565123 and 12565124. Amendment 4 - Parts list modified to add hydraulic motor.
