- The US Government intents to exercise a renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Huntington, West Virginia at the Tri State Airport. The Government requires 610 ABOA sqaure feet to be located in the airport terminal property. All Services, utlties, partioniing, and tenant alterations must be included in part of the rental consideration.
