- This DISA ESD effort will acquire technical services to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations at Fort Belvoir for the sustainment effort of applications in support of its primary customer DLA Energy and technical environments of Business Systems Modernization (BSM) Energy. These Information Technology (IT) services shall be performed for the DLA Energy and DLA Information Operations at Fort Belvoir's technical environments, locations, and configurations. In accordance with the statutory authority within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, this order was issued on a limited source justification.
