Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Northern Virginia Delineated Area: North: Starting from the intersection of Routes 28 and 7, east to Baron Cameron Avenue East: Baron Cameron Ave south to Hunter Mill Rd, south to Chain Bridge Rd (Route 123), south to I-66. South: I-66 west to Route 50, west to Route 28. West: Route 28 north to Route 7. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 75,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 80,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): Six (6) Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Option Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: [...... ] The Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease which shall expire on April 16, 2014. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Buildings offered for consideration must have the ability to meet all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, handicapped accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection by the required occupancy date. Expressions of Interest Due: October 17, 2012 Occupancy (Estimated): Spring 2014 Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than 4:00 pm on October 17, 2012 and should include the following information at a minimum: ■ Building name and address; ■ Location of space in the building and date of availability; ■ ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable square feet (ABOA) offered and Rentable Square Feet (BRSF) offered identifying the specific floors and square footage on each (with Common Area Factor); ■ Rental rate per ABOA and BRSF; ■ Evidence of ability to meet the required occupancy date of no later than Spring 2014; ■ Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; ■ Please reference Project Number 2VA0430.
