- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO), Fort Eustis Cell intends to award a single source, one-time, firm fixed price purchase order for Model 7151 Aerospray Pro Slide Stainer/Cytocentrifuge. To include: F.O.B. Destination to McDonald Army Health Center, VA. Authority for this single source requirement is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). However, all proposals received by solicitation closing date and time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
