Description

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Facilities, Security, and Contracting (FSC) have a requirement for Westlaw Service with Analytical and Results Plus. It is the intent of FSC to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis for a period of twelve-months to Westlaw,610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123. This sole- source award will be in accordance with the authority set-forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest by responding within 1 day after this announcement with complete information, including pricing information, and their ability to provide this service and supply. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. However, all inquiries received within 5 days after the date of this publication, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement.
