- Complete solicitation to include Drawing and Specification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is No. N00030-12-Q-0308 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-059 and DFARS Change Notice 20120615. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 337212- Custom Architectural Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of a custom display cabinet.
