Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333131. Size Standard is 500 employees. Requisition Number W81EWF22018298 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. FOB Destination: Vicksburg, Mississippi. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) - Structural Engineering Branch, has a requirement for: BACKGROUND: The Structural Engineering Branch of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, has a requirement for one (1) Dynamic Hollow Cylinder Testing (HCA) System to perform lab soil testing. SPECIFICATIONS: See attached Equipment Specifications. RESPONSES: Response to this RFQ shall include the following information: 1.Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2.Statement addressing current registration status in the System for Award Management (SAM). 3.Completed Representation and Certification as prescribed in FAR 52.212-3 Alt I 4.Offeror must submit detailed technical information addressing the requirements of the Equipment Specifications 5.The cost breakdown should include the line items listed below.
