- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is Unrestricted. Principle NAICS is 532120 and size standard is $25.5 Million. The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Background/Requirement: The Florida Army National Guard CERFP Program requires the lease of, brand name or equal to, Ford F-650 truck. This will be a 1 year lease with two (2) 1 year option years to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Maximum years will be 3 years. Minimum Specifications: 1. Fuel capacity - 90 Gal 2. Engine : Cummins 6.7 L Diesel 3. Horsepower: 360 @ 2600 RPM 4. Torque: 750 lb-ft @ 1800 RPM 5. Transmission: Allison 6 Speed 6. Wheelbase: Crew Cab 4-dr/148" BBC - 194 WB, 84 CA, 63 AF, 296 OAL 7. Max GVWR: 29,000 lbs 8. Axle Front: 8,500 I Beam 9. Axle Rear: 17,500 Single Reduction 10. Frame: 12.64 SM / 50,000 PSI Straight Frame 11. Tires: 225/70R22.5H (16) 12. Wheels: 22.5 x 8.25 - 10 Hole Polished Aluminum 13. Suspension: Standard Front and Rear 14. Model - XLT Standard Options 15. The bed of the truck will need to be a standard short wheel base pick up bed. 16. The preferred color would be white. 17. Capability of towing 17,000 lbs 18.
