Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W91QF7-12-T-0121 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2012-09-25 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Multiple shipping information. The MCO Belvoir - ICO Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001, Morning Pride Bunker Coat Tails-(SEE SOW) The specified, requested coat is designed with Kinetic Kut patterning, true three-piece tailoring in all three layers of the garment, and built-in underarm bellows with Forward Flex sleeves that dramatically reduce sleeve retraction. Engineered to work together with the pants as part of the Tails System, the coat innovatively eliminates unnecessary weight, reduces physical stress, eliminates bunching at the waist, and prevents undesirable sleeve retraction. Garments offer 360? protection around all openings, continuous front facings have a turned trailing edge finished with an antiwicking strip. A curved chinstrap provides enhanced protection to the front of the neck while reducing neck and chin irritation. Sleeves terminate in double-layer wristlets and feature continuous water wells ending in elasticized gathers that channel liquid to the outside of the moisture barrier, minimizing water infiltration at the wrist (which helps to prevent steam burns).
