- DESCRIPTION This is a Sources Sought Notice. The McClellan Park Network Contracting Office (NCO21) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small businesses that can provide maintenance and/or inspection services for various types of fitness equipment for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Scope of Work- The vendor shall provide the necessary qualified staff able to provide quarterly inspection, maintenance and repairs to approximately 85 fitness equipment located at various locations with the VAPAHCS. Most fitness equipment is equipped with heart rate monitors, other monitoring functions and programmable displays. Equipment include stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills, leg press, chest press, ARC trainer, multipurpose functional trainer, rowing machine, bow flex, Stairmaster, etc. This will be a Base plus 4 Option Years contract. Base period of performance is expected to begin on/about 1 January 2013 to Dec 31, 2013. The NAICS code is possibly 811310 with Small Business size of $7.0 million.
