- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. SOLE-SOURCE: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Agilent Technologies, Inc, 9780 S. Meridian Blvd, Englewood, CO. 80112-5910 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). This is being sole sourced because Agilent Technologies Inc. is the OEM and owns the proprietary data associated with this supply. No formal solicitation will be issued and this is the only notice that will be published. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requirements are as follows: New items only, 3 ea P/N N81101A Agilent Pulse Generator - 10V 50 MHz pulse generator Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted on FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this synopsis. Offers may be faxed to Clarissa Inman, FAX 812-854-3465 or e-mailed to purchasing agent clarissa.inman@navy.mil All required information must be received on or before 12:00 PM noon local time. No late offers will be considered.
