- This pre-solicitation notice is for 30 parking permits in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 23 Contracting Officer (NCO 23) located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. NCO 23 has a requirement for service/item listed above. The award will be a firm-fixed price contract, one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year option renewals. This acquisition will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement. The NAICS Code is 812930 and the FSC Code is X1LZ. This solicitation will be posted on September 20, 2012. The closing date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO hard copies will be mailed.
