- The Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape Backup/Disaster recovery system. This requirement will be sole sourced to NetApp, 205 108th Ave NE #150, Bellevue, Washington 98004 and Blue River Information Technology, 1560 Wilson Blvd. Suite 900, Arlington, Virginia 22209 since the Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape Backup must be integrated into existing NetApp infrastructure. The two companies, listed above, have designed the Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape Backup in a partnership and have proprietary data rights to the equipment/software. The Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape Backup consists of the following products: NetApp FAS2240A with 24x3TB Internal Drives NetApp Software and Accessories; NetApp support and services; additional NetApp Software “ SnapProtect 3240; Spectra T380; Spectra Certified Media; and Spectra Professional Services. Due to proprietary information, NetApp and Blue River are the only vendors with the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, and experience that can meet the Government's requirements on a timely basis. Respondents, other than the above, should submit, at a minimum, their qualifications and any other information considered pertinent to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than 5 days after the publication date of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and services without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to John P.
