- RFQ Solicitation N00421-12-T-0641 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a sole source basis with Red River Computer Co. Inc., under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Request is being procured under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ. Requesting Brand Name or Equal for all items requested. No partial orders or substitute items will be accepted. IAW performance specifications. Delivery Deadline 10/24/2012 there will be no date adjustments or reschedules. Award is expected 30 September 2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 20 September 2012 at 12:00 noon will be considered by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. Fascimile proposals are acceptable.
