- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for supplies which may include wiring, electrical, electrical apparatus and equipment, and intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Consolidated Electrical Distributors, 649 E. 18th Place, Yuma, Arizona, One Source Distributors, LLC, 2780 East Palo Verde Street, Yuma, Arizona, and with Yuma Winlectric, 929 E 21st Street, Yuma, Arizona for a performance period of up to 1 year. The anticipated value of the BPA is $150,000 for the 1 year. The work to be performed under this specification includes non-personnel services. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to furnish the supplies called for by the Contracting Officer or authorized representatives for the items listed above. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 423610 Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside; however large businesses are encouraged to respond in the event that responsive small businesses do not respond. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about October 1, 2012. This is not a request for proposal; however, vendors who are able to provide similar service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications, past performance information and price with delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representative for consideration for future requirements. All interested parties are responsible for checking the FBO website to ensure that they have the most current information. Offerors are required to have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors may register in SAM at hhtp://www.sam.gov. SAM is a new system combining federal procurement systems into one new system. This consolidation is being done in phases. The first phase of SAM includes the functionality from the following systems: Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Federal Agency Registration (FEDreg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and Exlcuded Parties List System (EPLS).
