Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to General Dynamics C4 Systems (GDC4S), 77 A Street., Needham, MA 02494-2806 for eleven (22) TACLANE-GigE Encryptor KG- 175A's (part# GE-99100-1) and ten (10) Single Mode Long Haul LX Transceivers (part# GE-107A) in support of the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) SCAMPI wide area network for classified Internet Protocol traffic environments. GDC4S is the original manufacturer of this product. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price supply contract estimated at $245,200. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 334290 and the size standard is 750 employees. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.
