- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 177th Fighter Wing, 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ has a requirement for fence the in Alert area. We intend to award a firm fixed price contract to a small business vendor who offers the Best Value to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all engineering, supervision, labor, parts, equipment, tools and supplies required to remove and install new chain link fence in accordance with this Scope of Work (SOW) on 177 Fighter Wing, Atlantic City ANG. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 19 at 1300hrs (see attached Request for Proposal for additional information). All interested vendors must register on the attached form for entry to the installation. We must receive your registration documents NLT 0900 hours 19 September 2012. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS code is 332323; standard business size 500 employees. It is the firm's or individual's responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. All FAR Provisions and Clauses may be viewed in full text at the Federal Acquisition Regulation Table of Contents via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffar1.htm. The vendor selected must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items- the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34. The full text of the referenced FAR clauses may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far FAR 52-204- All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) FAR 52.212-3 Reps and Certs must be completed in SAM in order to be considered (DFARS 252.232-7003) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information concerning SAM and WAWF registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov and https://wawf.eb.mil/. Alternate solutions will be considered; however, vendors must submit a quote as stipulated in the solicitation as well. The Government will award a fixed price contact to the vendor offering the Best Value. Quotes must contain: POC and telephone number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID number REPS & CERTS must be competed in SAM or provided with Quote. Lack of the required information will result in disqualification of your quote. Quotes shall be submitted by email to 177FW.BCO@ang.af.mil or hand delivered to the Contracting Offic (Building 52) NLT September 21, 2012 @1530hrs
