Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for NCIS to purchase the following: 12 Analyst notebook annual software maintenance from I2 Inc, at 1430 Spring Hill Road Suite 600, McLean, VA 22102. The agency ™s requirement is to procure the following maintenance, for the NCIS Office located in Russell Knows Building, 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134. The proposed acquisition is to provide Naval Criminal Investigative Service ongoing maintenance support. The maintenance will include software updates, technical support, patches, downloads, etc. It is intended to maintain this software package due to the fact that it is compatible with other existing programs/analytical tools employed by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Headquarters as well as other law enforcement agencies with which collaborative initiatives are ongoing. This requirement will be Brand Name Therefore, I2 Inc., can provide all the requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. DESCRIPTION PART NO and QUANTITY Base with two option years - maintenance Item NoQuantityUnit Description CLIN 0001 1 EAOption for 12 analyst notebook annual software. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
