Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for NCIS to purchase crim supplies from Evident, located at 739 Brooks Mill Road, Union Hall, VA 24176. Crime investigative material is required by NCIS agents. These items have to be specific and the above vendor is the only one who provides the agent ™s requirements. The specifics of the items may vary from different vendors, thus our agents require continuity in the field to accomplish their job. The requested material or service represents the minimum requirements of the government. These items mentioned are what the agents are trained on to conduct their investigation. Use of different material could hamper the results and the mission. This requirement will be Brand Name Therefore, Evident can provide all the requirements for which the Government intends to solicit only one source.
