EAST Boundry: Starting at the intersection of East Park Drive and Loop 20 going east/southeast to Route 59. SOUTH Boundry: Starting at the intersection of loop 20 and Route 59 going wet to the interesection of ROute 59 and I-35. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8500 Maximum Sq. Ft.
