- The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Business Monitor International, Ltd., 3 rd Floor Mermaid Ho, 2 Puddle Dock, London, United Kingdom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Business Monitor International, Ltd (BMI), for a license agreement for online access. The online access will provide the Commission the ability to acquire resources and services that support the Commission’s statutory and non-statutory research requirements. BMI provides industry sector analysis reports for individual countries around the globe, as well as provides global industry trend assessments. Reports include country risk assessments, as well as news tracking of industry sectors. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Debra Bridge, Contract Specialist, at debra.bridge@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
