Description

Sole Source Justification AFTC/PZIOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for 1 each 10Kv Hi-Pot Power Supply and 6KvDC 40mA Hi-Pot Power Supply to Motor Diagnostic Systems, Inc. of Loveland, CO under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 21 SEP 2012. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: 10Kv Hi-Pot Power Supply CLIN 0002: 6KvDC 40mA Hi-Pot Power Supply These items must be delivered to: 20SPCS, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 12 weeks after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 7 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
