- iNET Multi Gas Monitors & Monitoring Service : The Bureau of Land Management, Cheyenne, Wyoming, intends to award on a sole source basis with Industrial Scientific Corporation. This uniquely qualified manufacturer of Industrial Multi Gas Monitors & Internet based monitoring. No solicitation package will be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted no later than September 19th 2012. The North American Industry Classification for this procurement is 334513.
