- Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for repair of: VXI Chassis NSN: NSL, P/N: 717768175-009 - Qty: 1 each Delivery Schedule: TBD Destination: DTW004 The approximate solicitation issue date will be 27 Sept 2012 with an approximate response date of 12 Oct. 2012. The proposed contract action is for repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics, Cage Code 16331. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
