Description

Limited Source Justification The Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (the Department), intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of 20 USC 1018(a) to Audimation Services, Inc., an IDEA Software seller, located at 1250 Wood Branch Park Dr., Suite 480, Houston, TX 77079. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Audimation Services, Inc. is the sole provider of IDEA Software, which is currently used by the Department for audits and data analysis. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any comments by the Department by September 14, 2012 to julie.liu@ed.gov with “IDEA Software” referenced in the subject line.
