- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20120305. This solicitation is for a Stryker System 7 with components for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905. American Medical Depot is a sole supplier of the Stryker System 7. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to American Medical Depot, the sole supplier of this system and it components.
