Description

Special Notice This is a notice of intent to award sole source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System intends to issue a contract to furnish exhibit space for participation in the Joint Forces Pharmacy Seminar (APha sponsored) to be held October 28-31, 2012 in San Diego, California, to the American Pharmacists Association, 2215 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20037-2985. This is not a request for proposal. Any notice received must show clear and compelling evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submissions should be sent to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than September 15, 2012 referencing Solicitation Number VA256-12-Q-2091.
