- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Systems Section (PL8223), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a solicitation via GSA e-buy under GSA schedule 70, SIN 132-53 (Wireless Services, including but not limited to Wireless Telecommunications Carriers and Telecommunication Reseller). This acquisition, for Defense information Systems Agency, is for the purchase of mobile devices, iPhone 4S 32GB, and carrier access for the DoD Mobility Test Program. The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with GSA schedule 70 contract holders. Solicitation will be posted to GSA e-buy in the near future. This announcement constitutes the only notice.
