FAR 52.212-3 - Representations & Certifications Technical Evaluation Criteria Invoice Instructions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation CC-12-SP0003 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation includes all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The acquisition will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13.5 to use simplified procedures for commercial requirements.The associated standard North American Industry Classification System NAICS code is 611110 and the small business size standard is 7 million dollars. NIH is soliciting proposals for Patient Tutoring Services.
