- P: Presolicitation Notice Classification Code: Motor vehicle parts and accessories, new, merchant wholesalers NAICS: 423120 The Contractor shall provide various vehicle repair parts. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a Request For Quotations and issued as 100% small business set aside for service-disabled veterans owned small businesses under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 5013, NAICS Code 423120 and the related Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. The proposed delivery date is 30 days after delivery of contract (ADC). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed by USAF offices, Air Mobility Command, McGuire AFB, 305 CONS. Paper copies will not be made available. All prospective offerors must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM) in order to conduct business with the government. All prospective offerors also must have valid Representations and Certifications. The Offeror Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) can be submitted and updated on line at the ORCA website (http//orca.bpn.gov). All prospective offerors must obtain a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code). The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 September 2012. Due date will be posted on the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Fed Biz Opps web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
