- NSN: 3990-01-449-9752 NSN: 3990-01-506-9254 Currently these two NSNs are sole sourced to Peck & Hale and Spencer Industries. Other interested vendors are invited to offer alternate technical packages at the time of solicitation. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under a long-term indefinite quantity type contract. The contract base period may be for a term of one year or two years. Furthermore, the solicitation may contain an option or options to extend the term of the contract. Pricing for the base year(s) will be provided up front for the contract. Option periods may be provided upfront or may be linked to a Producer Price Index, which would be adjusted annually or to an EPA clause. These items may be subject to First Article Testing (FAT) and/or Product Lot Testing. Support of this item will be based on DLA Direct Deliveries, where the material would be shipped to either the New Cumberland, PA or Tracy, CA. DLA stock distribution locations and/or Customer Direct Deliveries, where the material is delivered to DLA customers throughout the United States may be required. No quantity or dollar value information is available at this time, as DLA Troop Support is still evaluating the acquisition scenario.
