Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4, Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center (MIRECC). The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract consisting of one year, including three options, to Capital Solution Design, LLC (CSD), 2922 Rogers Drive, Falls Church, VA, pursuant to authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The contract will provide for installation, upgrades, maintenance and technical support for the Behavioral Health Lab (BHL) software at VA sites. The BHL Software provides support for delivering evidence based and measurement based mental health care with a focus on supporting integrated primary care/behavioral health care. The BHL Software provides the clinical informatics support that allow for patient tracking, assessment, automated decision making, and monitoring. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541519. The estimated date of award for this action is September 28, 2012. This notification shall close on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Questions/responses shall be submitted to kimberly.flynn1@va.gov.
