Description

Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Wilmington, Delaware Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for approximately 4,284 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 4,284 RSF at 919 N. Market Street which expires February 15, 2013 under GSA lease number GS-03B-02401. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Required Occupancy Date: February 16, 2013 Delineated Area: Wilmington Central Business District Lease Term/Occupancy: 5 years, no firm term Expressions of interest must be received no later than September 19, 2012 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
