Description

Harris Radios This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source purchase order for COMSEC type radios. This purchase request will be under NAICS code 334290 to Harris RF Communications, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610-1839. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Harris RF Communications is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This service will be provided in Washington DC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
