Ft. (ABOA): 2,542 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Approx. 2,923 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. Space located above the ground floor is preferred. Space shall not be located near Probation or Public Defenders. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals.
