- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; competitive quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65726-12-T-0088, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The associated NAICS code is 511210. See the subject RFQ attached for the required products and shipping information. This requirement is for the continuation of services for network equipment maintenance. Line Item 0001 is as follows: QUANTITY: ONE EACH; DESCRIPTION: Eclipse 700 Software Security Suite DHS. (See RFQ and LSJ for additional item descriptions and quantities. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer; Central Contractor Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.204-10, Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Tier Subcontract Awards; 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons; apply to this solicitation. Quotes are due on 17 September 2012, by 4:00 PM EDT, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, by 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
