- The government intends to award a sole source contract to Aviall Services for Pantheon Prekote in 275 gallon totes delivered to Tinker AFB. This is a unusual and compelling urgency requirement. J&A will be posted within 30 days of award. Aviall is the only known source approved by Pantheon as a distributor of their product. If your company is an authorized distributor and you wish to submit a quote, it must be received by 17 Sep 2012 by 12PM Central time. Email quote to thomas.long@tinker.af.mil with an authorized distributor letter on Patheon letterhead and signed by an authorized Pantheon representative.
