It is therefore essential that this undertaking be constructed using sustainable practices. The project must be registered for certification under a nationally recognized "green" rating system. Criteria for evaluating the success of having achieved a sustainable development will be guidance from a rating system such as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Green Globes, or equal. The construction magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Solicitation no. L12PS00121 to include all attachments should be made available on or around 26 September 2012. It will only be available electronically through www.fbo.gov or fedconnect.net. The solicitation response date is 30 days for the date the solicitation is issued (on or around 25 October 2012). The time will be 2:00 PM MT. No further notice will be posted. For assistance in downloading information from either site please contact the website's helpdesk.
