Ophthalmic Instrument Preventative Maintenance Service (Onsite) Introduction The following service is requested to calibrate and certify various medical devices use by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Newington Eye Clinic. The devices consist of slit lamps, phoropters, tonometers, chairs, stands and other specialty devices. Place of performance: VA Connecticut Healthcare System, Newington Campus Eye Clinic at 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, Connecticut 06111. Offsite work shall be done as needed.
