- This is a Request for Quote for one (1) each Ultrasonic Vapor Degreaser and Accessories, in support of the Technical Support Facility (TSF) on the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The Ultrasonic Vapor Degreaser should be equal to or better than a Branson model B3350R. The unit must fit in a space that is 10 ft L x 42 in W x72 in H. All degreasers must be able to interface with an existing TDR Model 50 robot and be compatible with Bromothane R solvent. Required accessories include operator's manual, desiccant kit, power cover, water cooled refrigeration compressor, and solvent pump (in/out) kit. On-site installation, one (1) day start-up assistance and training by the vendor should also be included. Estimated freight costs should be included in the quote. The FAA will remove the existing unit and provide all required electrical connections from the current 230/240 volt 3-phase electrical service. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this request for quote. Therefore any cost associated with the request for quote submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The competition will be based on lowest price and experience. This is an open competition. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submitting a response. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Model (brand), specifications and technical data. 2. Pricing, to include transportation, if applicable. 3. Estimated delivery time (from date of award) 4. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business Please respond by reviewing the attached terms and conditions, providing all the requested information and submitting a filled-out and signed copy of the Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this request for quotes must be received by Friday, September 14, 2012, 2:00 p.m. CST (Oklahoma Time).
