Description

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc for the AutoBlot 3000H System.
