ADDITIONALLY, IF AN EQUAL PRODUCT IS PROPOSED IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS, BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT SPECIFICATIONS FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW. 1.) A sample of one complete wetsuit, finished and ready-to-use (either from CLIN 0001, 0002, or 0003) shall be provided by the prospective vendor (at no cost to the government) for technical review purposes only. 2.) The sample wetsuit will be returned to the vendor upon completion of the said review (within 5 working days after completion). The sample wetsuit will not be fitted nor used whatsoever during the technical review. 3.) The technical review shall be based upon the specifications listed herein and the overall integration and applicability of the add-on components (pockets) to the finished wetsuit. 4.)
