Description
The 376 Expeditionary Contracting Squadron intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, and all other items necessary to complete the West End Runway BASH Drainage Control project in accordance with the attached statement of work dated 7 September 2012 and all associated documents and drawings. The firm is required to provide all services necessary for the construction of this project. The principal features of work for this project are the removal of vegetation, debris, concrete flumes and channels, rubble from existing drainage channel, grading of new and existing drainage channel, installation of culverts, and removal/replacement of a reinforced concrete brox. Project includes all drainage system development in accordance with specifications and drawings for 12-0940 West End Runway BASH Drainage Control. The Contractor shall be responsible for any necessary surveys, excavations, soil boring, soil analyses, chemical tests, laboratory tests, pressure tests, electrical tests, corrosion and cathodic protection tests, asbestos and lead based paint surveys, and any other tests required for complete construction of the project. The contractor shall be responsible for locating all utilities in the area of construction, and for accommodating or modifying them, as required for the construction of this project. The Contractor shall be responsible for demolition of existing facilities as required to complete Contract Work. Construction project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and 250,000.00 Total Performance Period for Construction and Design is 40 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is not being set aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Contract award will be determined using the Source Selection procedures in FAR Par 15. Please acknowledge all requirements in proposals. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. No response to this notice is necessary. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
