- Department of Labor Wage Determinations for NVC and KCC Bidder's DD254 Non- Disclosure Agreement. Must be submitted via email to MejiaKJ@state.gov in order to receive a CD-ROM of reading room materials. SF33 This opportunity is a total small business set-aside. Reference FAR Clause 52.219-6. Small businesses are responsible for compliance with FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (this clause was inadvertently omitted from the RFP posted yesterday and will be added via amendment). Today's posting includes the SF33, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Form DD254 and Wage Determinations. In order to request a CD of reading room materials, complete the attached NDA and submit via email to MejiaKJ@state.gov. Indicate whether the CD will be picked up in person by a representative of your company or indicate an address for mailing or delivery via UPS. Site visits are anticipated at both NVC and KCC. At least five days advance notice will be given to offerors. Updates on site visit scheduling will be provided via FBO.
