Description

Sources Sought THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE issued for the purpose of planning and market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and does not obligate the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS) to award a contract. This notice is a follow-up to a Request for Information (RFI) synopsis No. 04232012, posted to FedBizOpps on April 23, 2012, which requested information on specific technical questions relating to the requirement. The requirement relates to CMS' support to the Federally-Facilitated Exchange (FFE) and State-based Exchanges (SBEs) under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111- 148) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152) (collectively, the Affordable Care Act, or "ACA"). The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small businesses only (including 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) that can provide a commercial data services solution in support of the CMS requirement for Current Sources of Income and Employment Verification ("CSI").
