Description

Federal Communications Commission, Office of the Managing Director, Contracts and Purchasing Center intends to issue a sole source purchase order to OSI Federal Technologies for Niksun maintenance, part no. OSI-HR-4320-R-X-SLM-1YR, OSI-HR-4320-R-R-SLM-X, OSI-HR-4320-R-RTX-SLM-V,OSI-OMNIUG-NT-NX-CM. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for quote and it is informational purpose only. No solicitation document exists. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 10, 2012, 5:00 pm EST. supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated capability. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. If no responses are received, FCC will proceed with the sole source purchase order. Inquiries will only be accepted via e-mail to William Levenson at William.levenson@fcc.gov.
