Description

Sole Source Justification SPS Training. The solicitation number is SP4701-11-D-0003-Q701. The NAICS Code is 541519. The size standard is 25M employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Information Experts. The purchase is for a course in SPS designed to instruct functional users who desire a working knowledge of PD2 enhance their ability to manage contracts from cradle to grave. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within two (2) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Zachary.kauth@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Lt Zachary Kauth at 937-656-1412, AFLCMC/PKOB, 937-656-1412 no later than 3:00 pm Eastern on Monday September 10, 2012.
